I have found the best place to purchase supplies when first beginning to make soap is Dollar Tree. This place is my best friend, a life saver when I'm in a pinch and won't break the bank.
Here is list of basic soap making supplies:
- Tall Plastic Container
- Stainless Steel Spoon
- Gloves
- Goggles
- Mask
- Stick Blender
- Thermometer
- Soap Mold (See our list of free soap molds.)
- Plastic bowl
- Spatula
Make sure once you use any of these for soap making, you don't use it for anything else afterwards.
